Visit the Meg MacLeod Tea Room and enjoy an assortment of teas and scones made by a local baker, Pastries by Penny.

Visit the Clachan to locate your clan tartan and show off your Scottish family pride. Clan experts will educate you on your clan history and you can take home a souvenir tartan.

Join in a dulcimer music jam session at the Games
Located in the Village of the Clans
You don’t need to have a dulcimer – Loaners will be available.

A 5K Race held in the morning, entries open to all.

Observe spinners making yarn from sheep’s wool and a weaver weaving that yarn into a shawl that will be sold in a silent auction. This event pays tribute to the fiber of the old-world Scottish economy — wool.

Enjoy the grace and athleticism of the Highland Dance competition. Competitions are held throughout the day in the Walls Building. Check the games schedule for times.

Enjoy the Tartan Parade of Bands and Clans at the Midday Ceremony, where each pipe band will parade through the main arena. In the Piping Grove, solo piping and drumming competitions are held throughout the morning, and pipe bands compete in the afternoon. The closing ceremony features the massed bands, a soul-stirring spectacle that is not to be missed!
