Competitions are the main event of the Colonial Highland Games. There are competitions for:

Women and men show off their athletic ability and strength in events like the iconic caber toss, the stone putt, and more.

Highland dancing is a celebration of the Scottish spirit, music, and people. Beginners & champion Highland Dancers compete.

The heart and soul of the Games, Piping & Drumming competitions draw hundreds of musicians to compete against their peers.

A 5K Race held in the morning, entries open to all.
